Disco in Frisco or Back to the City?

Holy shit Tod! I was "Googling" around trying to find a date for a picture I have at one of the SF Civic Center Contests and tripped over this, very cool.
Sorry that I can't help solve the mystery and I swiped 3 of these to share with those who are in them, in case they have never before seen these.
So far my search did not even bring up the "Disco" contest (probably the first of what is now referred to as "Back to the City"). Not sure if they started in 1990 or '91 either yet. Darn, the days before the internet adn digital everything.

Apparently there were 4 contests, "Disco" was #2 in 1990.
